IT Infrastructure Specialist, Lund

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Lund!

Your future team
The role is located within the Infrastructure & IT Operations department, specifically in the new IT OS Infrastructure Services team. They are responsible for operating systems and related solutions (both Windows and Linux) with end-to-end responsibility from strategy to operations. Emphasis is placed on global collaboration and "Act as One" as a core principle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a solution architect for the design and implementation of secure solutions.
• Work closely with other IT infrastructure specialists.
• Proactively drive future initiatives within the global IT agenda.
• Take ownership of your agenda and take initiative.
• Enable other teams with knowledge and skills.

Who are we looking for:

• A senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in large, complex, and heterogeneous IT environments.
• Extensive experience in designing, governing, and evolving identity and integration solutions.
• Deep expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem (relevant for identity management).
• Take architectural ownership, making well-founded design decisions that balance security, scalability, reliability, and business needs.
• Act as a trusted technical authority, contributing strategically and tactically, while driving long-term improvements.
• Collaborative, mentoring others, contributing to team culture, leading through change.

Key Experience and Competencies:

• Extensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with a strong architectural focus on hybrid identity environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Identity Platform (Entra ID).
• Strong understanding of certificate infrastructure and trust models.
• Solid knowledge of Azure Enterprise Applications and federated authentication mechanisms (SAML, OpenID).
• Conceptual and practical understanding of modern authentication and authorization standards (FIDO2, OAuth).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders).
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing secure, robust, and future-proof infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
